Welcome to registration of the Exhibitor’s Account. The account registration process consists of three steps:

1. Completion of the registration form
2. Verification of the e-mail address provided during registration
3. Formal verification of the Exhibitor by the Organiser

Administratorem Danych Osobowych (Administrator) są Targi w Krakowie Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Krakowie, ul. Galicyjska 9. Administrator powołał Inspektora Ochrony Danych, z którym można się skontaktować pod adresem email: iod@targi.krakow.pl Dane osobowe Klienta są przetwarzane przez Administratora:

1) W celu podjęcia działań przed zawarciem umowy oraz w celu realizacji umowy,
2) W pozostałych celach związanych z prowadzoną działalnością gospodarczą, dochodzenia roszczeń oraz do wypełniania prawnie usprawiedliwionych celów Sprzedawcy, w tym sprzedaży i marketingu bezpośredniego,
3) Gdy jest to niezbędne do wykonania zadania realizowanego w interesie publicznym
4) Na podstawie zgody udzielonej w treści, wyłącznie w konkretnie wskazanym w tej zgodzie celu

Dane osobowe Klienta będą przechowywane przez okres trwania umowy oraz po zakończeniu jej trwania w celu wypełnienia obowiązku prawnego Sprzedawcy, na czas zgodny z obowiązującymi przepisami, a w przypadku prawnie usprawiedliwionych celów Administratora, w tym sprzedaży i marketingu bezpośredniego, do czasu cofnięcia przez Klienta zgody. Klient ma prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych, ich poprawiania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie. Klient ma prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, jeśli uzna, że przetwarzanie jego danych narusza postanowienia ogólnego rozporządzenia z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016. Odbiorcą danych jest Administrator. Dane osobowe Klienta mogą być ujawniane przez Administratora podmiotom z nim współpracującym (odbiorcom) przy realizacji usług na podstawie umów powierzenia przetwarzania danych, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa w zakresie ochrony danych osobowych, w szczególności podmiotom świadczącym usługi pocztowe lub kurierskie lub innym podmiotom, gdy jest to niezbędne do realizacji celów określonych. Podanie przez Klienta danych jest dobrowolne, jednak konieczne w celu zawarcia i realizacji umowy. Niniejsze dane mają zastosowanie do wszystkich umów zawartych z Administratorem.

* In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 17 December 2010 on the transmission of invoices in electronic form, the rules for their storage and making them available to the tax authority or tax inspection authority (Journal of Laws No. 249, item 1661), I accept the issuance and the transfer by Targi w Krakowie Sp. z o.o. of invoices in electronic form made available in the ExpoSupport™ system.

Epidemiological survey:

* I have read and accept in full the Regulations for the use of the EXPO KRAKOW facility and undertake to comply with them and to comply with all current guidelines of the Ministry of Health and GIS related to the prevention and fighting COVID-19.
* I consent to the non-contact temperature measurement upon entering the event.
* I declare that if on the day of the event I am subject to quarantine or sanitary supervision for safety reasons, I will not take part in the event.
* I declare that if, in the last 14 days prior to participation in the event, I had direct contact with a person confirmed to be infected with COVID-19 or a person quarantined or isolated due to COVID-19, or a person who had visible symptoms or was exposed to contact with an infected person, for safety reasons I will not take part in the event
* I declare that if, within 14 days before participation in the event, I had any symptoms, in particular a temperature above 38 degrees, cough, breathing problems, for safety reasons I will not participate in the event.
1. Celem pobierania i przetwarzania powyższych danych jest monitoring potencjalnych zagrożeń związanych z rozprzestrzenianiem się koronawirusa SARS-Cov-2 –COVID-19 i podejmowania działań prewencyjnych.

3. Pani/Pana dane mogą zostać przekazane podmiotom zewnętrznym lub organom uprawnionym na podstawie przepisów prawa, np. właściwemu Inspektorowi Sanitarnemu.
4. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przechowywane będą przez okres 14 dni w zakresie informacji zawartej w ankiecie w związku z stanem epidemii.
5. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jednakże bez wypełnienia oświadczenia uczestnik nie może wziąć udziału w wydarzeniu.
6. Ma Pani/Pana prawo dostępu do swoich danych oraz prawo żądania ich sprostowania, złożenia sprzeciwu względem ich przetwarzania, ich usunięcia po upływie wskazanych okresów lub ograniczenia ich przetwarzania, prawo przenoszenia danych, jak również prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego zajmującego się ochroną danych osobowych.

This message means that you have registered in our reservation system before and you already have an account here. You can reset your password using [I forgot my password] on the login page. Persons who already have an account in the system do not have to register again.

 Can a login be an e-mail address?
Yes, this is a common practice that minimises the amount of information you have to remember.

 What does an * mean by the description of a field (e.g. e-mail *)?
This symbol means that you cannot proceed with your order without filling in the field.
